Frequently Asked Questions

When should I make my reservation?

We are currently taking orders for 2023 - 2025

Please book in advance especially if your wedding is in peak wedding season months!

If I am booked out for that month I am unable to take last minute reservations so please reserve ahead of time.

What happens with leftover flowers?

Upon request, flowers not used in your piece can be shipped back with your artwork.

Request must be made at the time of flower delivery.

If wanting them returned it will be an additional fee to cover higher shipping costs.

If you would like the remainder of the flowers preserved it will be an additional fee assessed upon the size of your bouquet.

Do all flowers dry the same?

We love to be transparent with our pieces! Not all flowers will dry the same set in resin.

Red - dries darker than original colour

White - dries a creamy colour

Orange + Blues hold their pigments well

We cannot preserve succulents due to their moisture retention

Orchids + Lilies do dry paper thin

When flowers are bruised this causes translucent spots in your florals - we endeavour to select your best flowers, but can only preserve them in the condition they're received.

Please read our shipping instructions and reach out if you have questions about specific flowers

Resin. How long will my flowers last?

Resin is strong, beautiful and will last for many years to come. The memory evoked by your resin bouquet will look the same as the day it is preserved

Tips to increase the longevity of your artwork:

  • Keep out of perpetual direct sunlight

  • Please don’t store in high temperatures

These can cause the resin to yellow
